• To assist in all aspects of field operations to a high standard in accordance with CETCO’s and the customer’s requirements.
• To work with safety as a top priority to minimize accidents and incidents.
• Generate field Job Safety Analysis reports.
• Assist with maintenance on all equipment.
• To continually improve personal knowledge and experience.
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors.
• To utilize stop-work authority when an unsafe or unclear work situation is encountered.

OE/Lean
• Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions, Daily Management Control, Standard Work, and

Problem Solving.
• Attend all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.
• Suggestions – meet requirement per year. Gemba walk done daily.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office.

• Professional demeanour and willingness to learn.
• Professional peer cooperation.
• Attention to detail. (E.g. field notes, observations, etc.)

• Must have ability to speak and read English

Being under little or no supervision, the employee is expected to be self-directed and take initiative when appropriate to accomplish necessary duties and keep busy without prompting from the supervisor or coordinator.
