Job Summary:

American Colloid Company of Belle Fourche and Colony WY currently have an opening for an Admin/Inventory Specialist at its Colony, WY facility in the Colony Haul Truck Shop. The position requires the individual to be safety minded. The Admin/Inventory Specialist will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: processing daily paperwork and uploading information to all relevant tracking locations, organization and maintenance of parts inventory, parts pick-up, sourcing parts, work order entry and processing purchase requisitions as needed, as well as any other administrative duties needed at the location.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. 1. Process and file daily paperwork and upload data to all relevant locations as needed
   2. Part inventory stocking and management
   3. Parts pick-up
   4. Source parts and process purchase requisitions as needed
   5. Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Clean driving record

Education:    

• High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
• Willing to learn standard practices, materials, tools, equipment used
• Ability to:
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Bend, stretch, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl
  • Lift occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Fill out all necessary daily paperwork and/or safety related documents
  • Recognize and respond to immediate safety concerns

Working Conditions:

• Outdoors in some weather conditions
• Indoor shop on concrete

Work Hours:

• • 8 hour work days, 5 days a week, occasional overtime as needed

Wage:             $23-25 per hour   

Safety Training: 

• MSHA (provided upon hire)
