What We Offer:
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: USA | Neenah, Wisconsin
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The maintenance technician will follow, modify as needed, and complete preventive maintenance work orders in order to keep the facility running at peak efficiency and capability. The maintenance technician will also be responsible for addressing any emergency maintenance requirements should breakdowns occur. Other duties include: Maintaining appropriate EHS requirements, non-routine task reviews, residual risk reduction, following and reviewing EHS standards and guidelines, working with the plant manager to source timely and cost effective spare parts and stock; coordinating and directing contractor work onsite.
OE/Lean: The Maintenance Technician will work with the plant operations team to develop, follow, and audit standard work, participate in 5S, non-routine task reviews, residual risk reduction, Total Productive Maintenance plans, and other OE related activities as assigned by the plant manager.
Other Duties & Responsibilities: The maintenance technician, from time to time, may be required to help with operations/productions, as deemed appropriate by the plant manager.
Qualifications/Requirements

Education: High School diploma
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: At least 4 years’ experience maintaining industrial equipment. Knowledge of millwright, welding, industrial electrical systems, lock-out tag out required. Experience with bulk/powder handling equipment a plus. Experience maintaining dilute and dense phase pneumatic conveying systems a plus. Ability to troubleshoot, determine requirements to repair, and source repair items. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can not only follow the current status quo for repair and maintenance, but look for opportunities to increase plant reliability while taking steps to reduce costs through creative solutions, sourcing, and innovation, all while maintaining safety of the technician and fellow team members, contractors, and visitors as the number one priority in the job.
Travel: This position does not ordinarily require travel. Travel for coursework and education could be required on a very infrequent basis. Some opportunity for travel could be available if desired to assist other plants within the network and gain perspective and benchmarking.
Working Conditions: Manufacturing setting – warehouse, production facility, office/lab.
Work Hours: Hourly, Day shift. Standard 40 hours per week; overtime as required.
