Job Summary:
Manage the security of network systems and applications to protect the company's information. Coordinate all IT Audits and remediation of findings.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administering systems:  Using Pathlock as primary system to maintain Identity Management for Microsoft 365, Oracle E Business Suite, Oracle HFM, Essbase, Cash Reporting, SAP B1, and other applications through controlled standard procedures.
  • Manage security access for various applications (Active Directory, Bank Access, COA Application, Conga Novatus Contract System, Driver Tracking, Hoshin Online, Navision Energy Services, OAC Reporting, Oracle HRMS, Oracle E Business Suite, OTM, Partners VPN, Paywiz, Pi Vision, RVI Express, Salesforce.com, SAP B1, UPK, Team Viewer, VelocityIHS, ZenQMS, Zoom).
  • Maintain Pathlock Control Security System, including access approval, integration with various systems, and handling access for new and terminated employees on Payroll and Third-Party employees.  Work with Pathlock Support for continuous improvements.
  • Perform annual recertification of Oracle HFM, Essbase, and Oracle EBS access (including reconciliations to these system databases to ensure completeness and accuracy of all data).
  • Investigate new applications and adapt them to the Security Request System.
  • Ensure timely completion of security requests.
  • Create and modify Microsoft 365 distribution lists and shared mailboxes.
  • Assign Microsoft 365 licenses.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide information for IT audits (KPMG IT, SOX, Customer, Statutory, Retirement Plan, Savings Plan, 11K Benefits Plan, Internal).
  • Conduct quarterly audits of PeopleSoft terminated employees (ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data). Confirm all findings with HR before reporting to the Leadership Council.
  • Track and maintain Mail Files on Legal Hold in all current and legacy mail systems.
  • Assist HR, Legal, and Upper Management with investigations.
  • Participate in sustainable Operational Excellence improvement processes (Leader Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Daily Management Control, Standard Work, Problem Solving).
  • Manage employee involvement in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in systems and computer sciences or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT security.
  • Knowledge of various applications, mainly Active Directory and Oracle E Business Suite systems HFM, Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High energy level and ability to work extended hours, weekends, and remotely as needed.
  • Read, Write and understand English
  • Self-directed, adaptable, analytical, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and composure.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in the Bethlehem office 5 days per week.
