Basic Responsibilities:

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager, under limited supervision is responsible for managing the Plant Engineering function and providing indirect support for maintenance of all plant equipment and process systems, project engineering, utilities, and automation systems.  The Engineering Manager will also directly supervise the Maintenance Department employees with a focus on operational excellence, continuous process improvements and cost reductions.

Job Requirements:

• Incumbent must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of two years experience in engineering assignments as an Engineering Technician working in support of process improvements and/or equipment maintenance. 
• Incumbent must have good technical skills and the ability to develop the plant processes. 
• The candidate must have a well-developed business understanding, excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, strong inter-personal skills, the ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization to motivate others and to promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
