Job Summary, Duties and Responsibilities:
Filtration Specialist I is 2nd highest ranking hourly field position within the Filtration field organization. Primary duty is to lead single work team throughout the Filtration service delivery process. Work team will be made up of peers and lower ranking field staff. The title acts as shift leader taking direction from superior work authorities.

Work Hours: Office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm when not offshore on a project. Hours may vary depending on business need; subject to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
Working Conditions: While performing the duties of title, there will be frequent exposure to industrial areas, onshore and offshore sites which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise and high temperatures from process equipment. Less frequently, the title will be required to work at desk in office or corporate meeting setting.
Travel: To and from job sites or docks in a vehicle where transported to the rig site by boat or helicopter. Driving company or rental vehicle, commercial airline travel and public transportation may be required.
International Travel, Preferred.
Safety Equipment: Safety equipment required while performing the duties of the title include but not limited to an ANSI approved hardhat and safety glasses, safety shoes/boots with steel toe protection. Also may be required to wear goggles, cotton or high impact gloves, work vest, respirator, chemical/Neoprene Gloves, Chemical Apron, Hearing Protection, and Fall Protection device.
Safety Training: In adherence with QMTC-4032.10 which includes Water Survival.
Performance Rating Criteria:
