Position: Steel Mill Service Manager
Location: USA | Western Region - Nebraska/Arizona/Oregon
Compensation: $40/hr - $45/hr
Summary
The Service Manager role is responsible for all Steel Mill service operations in the designated region.
This position will require travel.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Minimum of five years’ experience in refractory sales or industrial manufacturing (preferably steelmaking). Prior experience supervising a work group. Significant knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, customer service, and business acumen. Good leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, English speaking, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
Working Conditions: Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of standing, walking, climbing steps, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as being in a dusty, dirty industrial environment. Must be able to gather organize, and analyze data, draw conclusions, and handle stress. Must wear safety equipment where required.
Travel is a requirement of the position. Must possess a valid driver's license.
