This is currently a temporary role lasting 6 months with the potential to become permanent.
The Financial Controller directly reports to the CFO, PetCare and is responsible for financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. The Financial Controller coordinates all the activities of support functions (RTR, OTC, PTP) and ensures that all activities are aligned with US GAAP and MTI guidelines. This position oversees a $250M business segment.
The Financial Controller has a solid line position to the CFO, Pet Care and is responsible for financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. The Financial Controller coordinates all the activities of support functions (RTR, OTC, PTP) and ensures that all activities are aligned with US GAAP and MTI guidelines.
The employee is responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. The employee manages, controls, and implements the accounting structure/system and consolidates the financial reporting for PetCare NA, according to company policy.
The responsibility includes managing the working capital and assisting in analyzing new business opportunities in the region.

Education:
Fluent in English. Experienced user of Oracle EBS and HFM/Essbase. Able independently to develop financial models, presentations, and spreadsheets. Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years experience; of which 8 years are in a financial capacity: cost accounting, assistant controller, etc.
